Curriculum
"Each student at Solomon Schechter is unique and deserves the opportunity to explore his or her interests, to develop new skills, to try new things - to be exposed to the full richness of our culture. “Integration” is not simply that which occurs between the Jewish and the secular. The skills necessary to appreciate literature can surely be enhanced with exposure to painting. Learning to read music requires a degree of mathematical ability. Developing a strong relationship with Israel requires more than reading and writing, it requires singing and dancing.
